·     Photos of the product and packaging when reporting damage, defects, or an incorrect item.

·     The resolution you are requesting, such as cancellation, return authorization, replacement, or refund review.

Returns and Mailing Address

Do not mail a return to our business mailing address unless our support team gives you written return authorization and confirms that address in the return instructions. Approved returns may need to be sent to a designated return facility. Unauthorized returns may be refused or may not qualify for a refund.
